I am sure you all have heard the expression, at some point in your life, “There is no I in team.” I had a friend that would counter with, “but there is a me in Team” to get us all laughing. Or maybe you have heard the expression "Teamwork makes the Dream work". I could sit here all day and name countless examples how a team is beneficial and allows you to accomplish more in a task, but you all already know that. What I would like to remind you about is how important it is to have the right members on your team. Having different viewpoints, fresh ideas, or diverse talents within a team is important.
